ヒトパピローマウィルス（HPV）検出

子宮頸がんは、女性の中で2番目に多い癌のタイプです。HPV(ヒト・パピローマウイルス)の感染により子宮頸がんが引き起こされます。Pap検査において不明瞭な結果(CIN I/II)が出た場合、HPVタイプを調べることが重要になります。

ViroActiv®は、産生期に発現量の増えるカプシドL1タンパクに対するモノクローナル抗体を基にしています。このカプシドタンパクは、ウイルスDNAの複製が終了し子孫ウイルスが現れた時に産出されます。この活動期にウイルスは組織に拡散していきます。ViroActivRは、活性のあるウイルス感染を検出することができ、潜在的な感染と活性のある感染を区別することができます。また、low risk型とhigh risk型を区別することもできます。
